We are a well-established, affordable, 54 site mobile home park that is centrally located off of State Hwy 35 for easy on-off access, and only 15 minutes to the San Antonio International Airport. Explore all the city has to offer in just minutes. Our park is built on paved streets, has on-site garbage removal, and mature trees. We offer sites to rent for home owners as well as rental homes.

Cozy Cove is part of The Live Oak Community property, a large mobile home park 20 miles north in New Braunfels, TX. We also offer cottage rentals at that same location in Beau Village Cottages.
